• Primeiro método é o Binaural. Na verdade seria o formato "original" ao qual é disponibilizado no site I-Doser. Esse método é a forma mais conhecida de Brainwave Entrainment, onde um tom é ligeiramente diferente para cada orelha. Nas batidas binaurais os dois tons são misturados pelo próprio cérebro (um em cada orelha). Necessário uso de headphones!
Monaural Beats
• Segundo método é o Monaural, que tem o conceito de utilizar as mesmas batidas binaurais em cada lado da orelha, combinando dois tons para formar uma batida.
